OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities and require a signature on delivery by default. If you would prefer for the delivery person to leave the parcel for you in your absence, please just put an authority to leave note (and your preferred location for your order to be left) in the authority to leave parcel section during the checkout process. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
BALL MARINE offers free shipping on orders $1000 and up in New Zealand. All orders under $1000 will be charged a flat fee as per our website pricing.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re happy with your BALL MARINE products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, providing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. BALL MARINE does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
You can return your item(s) purchased from BallMarine.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. BALL MARINE does not accept returns on items purchased outside of BallMarine.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of BallMarine.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
